You need to turn the new map off. Hit escape, go to general settings, unclick the button at the bottom left that says ''Try the new map''. This will revert to the old map and all you problems will be solved

If your using the new map, its ******, you need to go back to the old one until they fix it. If your using the old one, file a bug report like Jester says.
